Ministerial Decision No.100 (2020) on the issuance of Directives for the implementation of the provisions of the Cabinet Decision No. 57 (2020) concerning ESR

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Cabinet of Ministers has released Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No 57 of 2020 (on 10 August 2020) and Ministerial Decision No. 100 of 2020 (19 August 2020)  which supersede and replace Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No 31 of 2019 and Ministerial Decision No. 215 of 2019 in respect of Economic Substance Regulations in the UAE.
